Requirements:
Basic: 

1. Age max. 30 years old (fresh graduate with teaching passion are welcome to apply)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Have obtained the English for A second Language Teaching (CELTA) or Teaching English As Secondary or Other     Language (TESOL)
4. Graduated from reputable University / College, preferably Bachelor Degree
5. Min. 2 years experiences in English Teaching (formal, vocational)

Technical: 
-  Have excellent skills in Class room management, Material development, Material assessment, Student evaluation, Student management

Behavioral: 

1. Mature, smart, fast learner, focus
2. Hard worker, driven by achievement
3. Creative, innovative, with good conceptual thinking
4. High level of respect for others
5. Highly motivated to help others
